Busy with our AI Projects

It’s been a while since our last update—nearly a year, in fact. During this time, our team of experts has been deeply immersed in the training, development, and meticulous implementation of AI projects. When I mention implementation, I’m referring to a process that involves rigorous validation and continuous refinement.

Our primary focus has been on healthcare models, where we are developing innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the healthcare industry. While it might sound like we’re creating models by the dozen (a bit of an exaggeration), the reality is that each model is crafted with precision and care.

Our journey began in earnest last year, 2023, when we embarked on a project with GENAI. This initial project involved transforming the client’s dataset into a sophisticated NLP query mode to enhance support calls and streamline internal Q&A processes. The successful implementation of this project provided us with invaluable insights and set the stage for future advancements.

From this experience, we’ve gained significant knowledge and refined our approach. As we move forward with our first AI client project, we’re excited to apply these learnings and continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in AI for healthcare.
